Sanabil: Prayer Companion

A small companion who reminds you of the five prayers, and keeps you company through the day. No account, no server: everything you record stays on your phone.

Premium

Everything you do with Sanabil is free: prayers, Qur’an, charity, challenges, statistics of the current month, and every look of the companion. Premium only opens the scene shelf in the shop (tent, fire, seat, decorations, skies) and the longer statistics. Prayers and reminders are never behind Premium.

Premium is sold through the App Store, either as a Lifetime purchase (paid once) or a Yearly subscription that renews until cancelled. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card.

Restoring Premium on a new phone

Sign in to the same Apple Account you bought Premium with.
Open Sanabil, go to Settings → Premium → See Premium.
Tap Restore purchases. Premium returns without paying again.

Seeds, the wardrobe and your log live on the phone itself and are not synced. A new phone starts fresh; only Premium follows your Apple Account.

Cancelling the yearly subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sanabil and choose Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid year. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Sanabil and choose “Request a refund”. Apple usually answers within a few days. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong in the app, write to us as well so we can fix it.

Common questions

The prayer times look a few minutes off.: Times are computed on the phone for the city you chose, with the calculation method usual in that country. Both can be changed in Settings → Location & method. Compare with your local official schedule for a few days and pick the method that matches.
I said “Not now” to reminders. How do I turn them on?: In Settings → Reminders, switch on the prayers you want. If iOS still shows nothing, allow notifications for Sanabil in the iPhone’s Settings.
Does the app judge me?: No. There are no streaks, no scores, and no words like “missed”. A day without a tick simply has no seed.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?: It is gone. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
